Plant Maintenance & Reliability Leader (Plastics Molding)

About the role

The Plant Maintenance & Reliability Leader is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of all plant equipment and systems. This includes ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and safely, and implementing strategies to improve plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and track performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and reliability
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Experience with plant automation systems and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay

$80,000 - $115,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position with some evening and weekend work required
