About the role
The Plant IV Curing Ice Cleaner Setup Tech II will work within a team or solo environment, operating and maintaining a robotic dry ice cleaning machine. This role is accountable for product safety and the quality of work, adhering to the Company’s Quality Policy.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and operate ice blast machines.
- Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
- Pay close attention to small details and maintain good hand-eye coordination for operating cleaning machines and parts.
- Inspect every part after blasting to determine if parts are clean; re-blast if necessary.
- Detect defective parts.
- Operate Tire Presses.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace before and after shift.
- Follow established safety rules, regulations, and ensure all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided for this position).

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience.
Work Environment
Safety is the highest priority, and safety procedures/guidelines must always be adhered to, including wearing safety gear such as hearing protection and steel-toe shoes. New hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. The job is in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to:
- Temperature swings (hot/cold).
- Forklift and pedestrian traffic.
- Noise.
- High heat conditions for the majority of work.
The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

Pay
The starting annual salary for this role is $55,683, based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
