Plant Facilities Operations Lead - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, assign, review, and participate in the work of personnel in Facility Operations.
• Provide direction and guidance to personnel in the correct procedures to repair equipment and materials used to complete required maintenance.
• Schedule and plan work orders and preventive maintenance to complete job assignments within target deadlines.
• Identify resource needs and allocate accordingly.
• Train personnel in preventative maintenance, technical procedures, and safety inspection of all repairs.
• Cookordination and communication of repair and maintenance activities with other site operations to reduce or prevent downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Willingness to work at various heights and perform tasks that may require being at different heights for extended periods.
• Regularly climb ladders and operate a range of lifts, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other mechanical devices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of five years' experience in the repair and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC systems and equipment in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Skills in using hand and power tools.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating a range of lifts, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other mechanical devices.
