Planning & Control Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an organized and analytical Planning & Control Team Leader to oversee our inventory management and material flow. You will be the architect of our supply chain, ensuring that production materials are available when needed and that our warehouse operations are lean and efficient. The ideal candidate is a strategic planner with significant experience in ERP systems and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast requirements for production materials and raw stock.
• Supervise and optimize stock control processes to minimize waste and stockouts.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
• Oversee the material flow from receiving to the production line and finally to shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate planning reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning and stock control.
• Proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse or logistics staff.
• Excellent analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
