Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project baseline plans, schedules, and planning packages.
  • Manage resource loading, critical path analysis, and regular schedule updates using Primavera.
  • Establish progress measurement systems and continuously update S-Curves.
  • Manage project budgeting, cost-controlling reports, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Monitor project financial performance to safeguard booked profit margins.
  • Analyze vendor variation orders and manage cost claims, variations, and change orders for client submission.
  • Create comprehensive project dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Deliver high-level management reports covering integrated planning, cost control, and overall project status.
  • Establish and execute planning and risk management procedures.
  • Identify risks, calculate financial/schedule impacts, and perform Extension of Time (EOT) analysis.
  • Act as the primary project controls interface between clients and internal departments.
  • Drive cross-functional disciplines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks as required by company management and clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the same role within EPC or Oil & Gas industries.
  • High proficiency in SAP, Primavera (P6), MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Deep technical knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost controlling.
  • Strong command of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk Management techniques.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and a high willingness to take full ownership of work.
