Planning Advisor* (Outside Sales)

About the role

As an Outside Sales Planning Advisor at Forest Lawn Mortuary, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with funeral homes in Los Angeles to promote and sell our services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the funeral home industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with funeral directors and sales teams.
• Present our services to potential clients and provide detailed information on how we can assist them.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
