Planning Advisor* (Outside Sales)

About the role

As a Planning Advisor*, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive funeral plans for families in the community. This includes providing guidance on various options such as burial plots, memorial services, and cremation arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and presenting funeral plans to families
• Assisting families in making informed decisions about their loved one's final arrangements
• Maintaining strong relationships with local funeral homes and cemeteries
• Ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations regarding funeral planning

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
