Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site consultations, assess residential and commercial properties, and create professional landscape designs and proposals using design software
- Present design concepts to clients with compelling storytelling and convert consultations to signed contracts
- Manage design revisions and approvals to meet client expectations and project timelines
- Collaborate with other Client Guides and Landscape Operations Manager to ensure designs are buildable and profitable
- Discover, learn, and integrate AI tools to enhance the sales and design process including presentations, renderings, and idea generation
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and upselling complementary services including maintenance services, fencing, decking, irrigation, etc.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and provide seamless handoff to installation crews with detailed specifications
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of residential and commercial landscape design and sales experience with proven track record of closing projects
- Proficiency with landscape design software
- Strong understanding of landscape installation and maintenance practices, plant materials, and hardscaping techniques
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and persuade
- Prowess in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: Up to $100,000.00
