Planning Advisor* (Outside Sales)

About the role

As a Planning Advisor*, you will be responsible for providing personalized funeral planning services to families in the Glendale area. This includes assisting with pre-planning, coordinating with funeral directors, and ensuring that all arrangements meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized funeral planning services to families
• Coordinate with funeral directors to ensure all arrangements are completed
• Assist with pre-planning services
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients and funeral homes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Funeral Service, Mortuary Science, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in funeral service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of funeral industry practices and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
