Planner, Subcontracting, L'Oréal Operations

About the role

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division seeks a Planner to collaborate with internal and external partners to establish realistic short- and long-term plans, influence cross-functional teams, and support supply chain needs for contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with internal and external partners to establish a realistic short- and long-term plan considering the demand and all constraints.
• Understand and challenge as needed to get to the root cause of issues.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure realization of plans and commitments.
• Support the contract manufacturer and internal teams for supply chain needs at subcontracting that range from inventory management, production management, capacity management, finished good tracking, ideal plan realization, materials supply and new launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced data analytic skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI skills beneficial.
• Intermediate skills in SAP and/or MRP preferred.
• Strong written/verbal and communication and analytical skills.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Able to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external teams.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Demonstrates commitment to internal and external customer service.

Pay

• Compensation Range: $65,400- $91,500
