Job Description

The Senior Analyst P2F FP&A will support the P2F transformation initiative, collaborating across the various project team, businesses and functions, ensuring accurate/desirable outcomes that will drive the initiative forward. Will serve as a member of the agile team and will support the following implementation and cutover activities:

• Reporting
• Finalize/Refresh Key Decision Document (KDD)
• Data Validation
• Absorb change management and communication plan
• Manage security and access provision for end user training and implementation
• Support HyperCare activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of experience - Financial analysis / Accounting.
• 1+ years of experience – BPC, QV & Hyperion.
• Experience with system implementation a Plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment; strong attention to detail. Self-driven, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement.
