Responsibilities

  • Representing clients in a wide array of personal injury cases including car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, construction accidents, dog bites, product liability, and workers' compensation.
  • Managing all phases of civil litigation from inception to resolution.
  • Conducting thorough investigations to identify all potential sources of recovery.
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and submitting them to the court.
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters as efficiently and favorably as possible.
  • Developing and implementing case strategy in collaboration with team members.
  • Staying updated on legal trends and changes in personal injury law to provide the most effective representation for our clients.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards as per the firm’s guidelines and legal industry norms.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Proven track record in successfully handling personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, construction accidents, dog bites, product liability, and workers' compensation.
  • Extensive knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$100,000 - $200,000 per year
