Exceptional negotiation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
A high level of professionalism and ethical standards
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
A passion for helping clients and advocating for their rights

Managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial
Conducting client meetings and case reviews to determine the legal strategy
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conducting and defending depositions
Preparing for and representing clients at trial
Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel
Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and answering any questions they may have
