About the role
We are looking to add an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to our New Jersey team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with significant resources, strong case flow, and a proven track record of results.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-value, complex cases
- Work alongside a collaborative, trial-focused team
- Represent clients in a wide range of complex matters, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, construction accidents, product liability, toxic torts, dangerous drugs, and municipal liability
Requirements
- Admitted in New Jersey (NY admission is a plus)
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong litigation skills (depositions, motions, court appearances)
- Experience handling cases independently
- Trial experience or strong desire to get into the courtroom
