About the role
We are looking to add an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to our Philadelphia and South/Central New Jersey teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with significant resources, strong case flow, and a proven track record of results.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-value, complex cases
- Work alongside a collaborative, trial-focused team
Requirements
- Admitted in New Jersey or Pennsylvania (NY admission is a plus)
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong litigation skills (depositions, motions, court appearances)
- Experience handling cases independently
- Trial experience or strong desire to get into the courtroom
Qualifications
Salary: $175,000 – $250,000 (Commensurate w/ experience)
Proven success: $2B+ recovered in the past decade
High-quality cases: complex, high-value matters — not volume mill work
Strong support: dedicated staff, resources, and infrastructure
