Plaintiff Finance Litigation Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a California attorney with 2-8 years of experience for our plaintiff-side consumer finance practice. Plaintiff side experience is highly valued, as you'd be negotiating settlements and managing your own docket of matters. FCRA experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements and manage your own docket of matters
• Utilize technology and AI platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage a caseload of consumer finance cases

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience practicing law
• Experience in plaintiff-side consumer finance litigation
• FCRA experience is a plus
• Familiarity and expertise with technology and AI platforms

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with legal research tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
