Responsibilities
- Defending financial institutions in state and federal court matters
- Handling depositions, mediation, and attending hearings
- Exhibiting strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Requirements
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar, in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of financial services, mortgage servicing, contested foreclosure, and/or Florida commercial litigation experience
