Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, seeks a mid to senior-level litigation associate to join its New York City office Consumer Financial Services practice. Responsibilities

• Handle depositions, mediation, and hearings
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis
• Defend financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals in state and federal court

Requirements

• Admitted to the NY Bar in good standing
• Experience in financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or consumer debt litigation preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Pay

Estimated salary range: $140,000 to $200,000 for candidates performing work in New York City. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications.
