Position Overview

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Ft. Lauderdale office.

Responsibilities

• Defending financial institutions in state and federal court matters
• Handling depositions, mediation, and attending hearings
• Experiencing in financial services, mortgage servicing, contested foreclosure, and/or Florida commercial litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Requirements

• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar, in good standing
• Experience handling depositions, mediation, and attending hearings
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of financial services, mortgage servicing, contested foreclosure, and/or Florida commercial litigation experience.
