Plaintiff Civil Litigation Attorney
Job details:
- Handle a diverse caseload of plaintiff-side lemon law matters
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances with increasing autonomy as experience develops
- Work closely with clients to gather evidence, assess damages, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case evaluation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Maintain organized case files, meet deadlines, and manage a steady volume of active matters
Requirements
- JD required; licensed and in good standing with CA bar
- 1–3 years of civil litigation experience
- Fluent Spanish proficiency preferred, but not required
