Plaintiff Attorney — Up to $160k Base + Bonus/Commission — Hybrid Remote — Nationally Recognized Regional Firm

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, working closely with senior trial attorneys on strategy and complex legal issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings.
- Take an active role in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Participate in depositions and collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and tackle complex legal issues.
- Advocate for injured clients with skill, judgment, and genuine care.
Requirements
- Colorado Bar admission, active and in good standing.
- 2+ years of plaintiff litigation experience.
- Experience in any of the following areas is welcomed: Mass Tort, Class Action, Personal Injury Litigation / Pre-Litigation, Construction Defect, Commercial Litigation.
