Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior trial attorneys on strategy and complex legal issues
• Conduct legal research and draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Take an active role in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Be part of a team taking depositions
• Partner with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and tackle complex legal issues
• Advocate for injured clients with skill, judgment, and genuine care

Requirements

• Colorado Bar admission, active and in good standing
• 2+ years of plaintiff litigation experience
• Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Mass Tort, Class Action, Personal Injury Litigation / Pre-Litigation, Construction Defect, Commercial Litigation

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 per year
