About the role

Defend insurance companies and insured clients across Pennsylvania state and federal courts, handling all phases of litigation and managing a caseload of insurance defense matters in the Philadelphia metro area.

Responsibilities

• Defend insurance companies and insured clients across Pennsylvania state and federal courts
• Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation
• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters across the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding counties

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Bar Admission (New Jersey admission a plus)
• General liability defense background

Pay

Base salary range $100,000 to $160,000 per year + bonus
