Defend workers' compensation claims from initial filing through hearings and appealsManage depositions and coordinate expert witness testimonyAdvise carrier and self-insured clients on claim strategy and exposureProvide prompt, thorough client reporting to eliminate surprisesRepresent clients across trucking/logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction sectors Looking for: Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar admission1+ years workers' compensation defense experience Interested in hearing more?
