About the role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Enrollment Platform Relations to join our dynamic team. This role is a remote position within the continental US, with occasional office visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to increase market opportunities, account penetration, and new account acquisitions.
- Work closely with internal leadership to drive growth strategies with assigned vendor partnerships, focusing on both strategic and tactical operational elements.
- Manage and develop relationships with premier platforms, ensuring operational and data integrity goals are met annually.
- Support targeted sales volume and maximize market potential, addressing account issues as necessary.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies for assigned partnerships, and address enrollment processing and data exchange issues to enhance Aflac’s competitive position.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement communication, training, and marketing approaches that positively impact sales and marketing activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in enrollment platform integrations and data exchange processes.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on key initiatives, projects, and deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing industry insights, best practices, and guidance on enrollment process accuracy and platform capabilities.
- Communicate regularly with partners on project status, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
- Participate in key broker meetings, finalist presentations, and other meetings as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies for increasing market opportunities, account penetration, and new account acquisitions.
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to interact with Aflac’s senior management and external business contacts.
- Strong relationship management and people management skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative in areas of strategic analysis.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions in partnership with internal/external stakeholders.
- Understanding of industry trends and best practices relevant to the team and partner management function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in account management and marketing program development, with large account experience preferred.
- Experience working with internal and external resources to deliver effective programs and campaigns to meet specific business objectives.
- External experience via another carrier or benefit administration experience, or life, health, and accident insurance experience is preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this job is $115,000 to $150,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors including education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.

This is a remote role within the continental US, with occasional office visits as needed.
