Key Responsibilities
- Center Enrollment + In-School Programming: Manage the end-to-end registration processes using Launch’s enrollment systems. Respond to all inbound family leads, support waitlist management, and coordinate student intakes. For in-school programming, address requests for proposals and coordinate final program designs.
- Billing & Finance: Manage customer accounts, including receivables and credits/refunds. Lead the periodic invoicing process for school partners and families.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for parent concerns, schedule changes, and general inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point-of-contact for in-school relationships.
- Sales & Growth: Identify and attend community events and school fairs to represent the Launch brand and generate new interest in Launch’s programs. Proactively identify and reach out to new potential partners.
- Marketing Support: Draft and schedule email newsletters and community updates, organize digital assets for promotional materials, manage social media postings, and support advertising initiatives (print and online).
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in account management, customer success, or administrative management, ideally within an education, camp, or enrichment setting.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; high attention to detail for financial and billing tasks.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM or enrollment software and Google Workspace.
- Presence: A professional, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor.

- Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
- Performance Incentives: Uncapped performance bonuses tied directly to enrollment growth, client retention, and data accuracy KPIs
- Expected First-Year Total Earnings (OTE): $55,000 – $65,000+
