How You Will Succeed

  • Set up your station with precision and keep it clean and organized
  • Monitor oven temps and cook times for consistent quality
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines every time

  • Support inventory, prep lists, and kitchen systems

  • Train to certify all Dough Prep and Pizza Cook team members
  • Use the KDS system to manage cook timing and flow

What You Will Bring

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must represent Cooper’s Hawk/Piccolo Buco values
  • 6 months of supervisory experience in pizza or prep production in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
