Your Day-to-Day
- Supporting the Head Pizzaiolo in running kitchen
- Managing station prep, workflow, and service execution across every shift
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Maintaining Rudy's quality standards and recipe adherence consistently
- Overseeing food hygiene, allergen compliance, and health & safety
- Contributing to training, coaching, and the ongoing development of the team
- Taking full ownership of the kitchen in the Head Pizzaiolo's absence
- S supporting stock management, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives
