About the role

We are actively recruiting individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role offers flexible schedules that work with you, whether you need a full-time, part-time, or supplemental job. You'll work during peak hours to make, bake, or take pizzas, leaving plenty of time for school, friends, or other commitments. Domino's Pizza provides opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management or beyond.

Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Prepare products to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Adhere to schedules and maintain punctuality.
• Unload and stock bulk product deliveries (cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM.
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas).
• Ability to handle hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F or higher) and sharp edges.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work under stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments/decisions.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
• Sudden changes in temperature in work areas and while outside.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk-in cooler.
• Repetitive tasks and the ability to work alone or with others.
