About the role
We are actively recruiting individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role offers flexible schedules that work with you, whether you need a full-time, part-time, or supplemental job. You'll work during peak hours to make, bake, or take pizzas, leaving plenty of time for school, friends, or other activities. Domino's Pizza provides opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management or beyond.
Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment.
- Prepare products to standard specifications.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service, both over the phone and in person.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
- Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.
- Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure punctual attendance.
- Arrange transportation to and from work.

Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or above in some work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
- Cramped quarters, including walk-in coolers.
- Hot surfaces and tools from ovens (up to 500°F or higher).
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Temperaments
- Ability to direct activities and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work alone or with others under stress.
- Meet strict quality control standards.
- Deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, including depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Most tasks are performed from a standing position, with short-distance walking for brief durations.
- Lifting bulk product deliveries (twice a week or more), including cases weighing up to 50 pounds, from the floor to shelves up to 72" high.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM.
- Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
