About the role

Pinky's on the Beach is seeking a dedicated Pizza Cook to join our dynamic team. Located at 1 Center St, Folly Beach, SC 29439, we offer a unique blend of culinary excellence and beachside charm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stretch, top, and bake handcrafted pizzas to recipe standards.
• Prep sauces, toppings, cheeses, and other ingredients for daily service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the pizza station.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Aid in prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Work efficiently with the team during busy service periods.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial pizza-making experience required.
• Experience hand-stretching dough and using commercial pizza ovens.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume kitchen.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around hot ovens in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
