We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Fulfills all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Remains focused, dependable, and avoids drama
- Wears the full uniform and required safety gear
- Adheres to safe food handling, labeling, FIFO, and proper equipment use
- Reports any safety issues and ensures a clean, sanitized kitchen every shift
- Schedules shifts on time and supports the team
- Prepares accurate, fast, high-quality food orders
- Handles customer concerns politely and professionally
- Respects cell phone and break policies
- Maintains cleanliness and stock levels in all areas
- Brings a positive attitude, a teamwork mindset, and a willingness to learn
- Operates with honesty, responsibility, and pride in their work
Physical Requirements:
- Involves frequent standing and walking, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires regular use of hands
- Job entails normal hearing and speech
- Standard vision capabilities are necessary
- Work is primarily indoors with moderate noise
- Employees may experience brief exposure to weather, temperature changes, wet or humid conditions, fumes, chemicals, or vibration
