Pizza Cook

About the role

As a Pizza Cook, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. You'll prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period, stretch dough and toss to attain a round shape for pizza, ensure the quality of the food produced, and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods. You'll also interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and produce pizza dough daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
• Produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain a round shape for pizza.
• Maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
