The Pittsburgh office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Real Estate Group.

Responsibilities

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Real estate development
• Land use and zoning
• Commercial leasing
• Managing small-to-mid sized matters or portions of large matters effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience (large law firm experience preferred; boutique firm real estate experience considered)
• Active member of the Pennsylvania bar

Skills

• Excellent oral and research skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Familiarity with real estate financing (a plus)

Pay

$260,000 – $365,000 (presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position; actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and other factors)
