Piping Technician III

What Drives Success

Under general direction, fabricates, cuts, and brazes pipes based on general specifications to carry refrigerants. Fabricates pipe systems of various shapes, sizes, and pressures. Ensures proper placement and alignment according to general blueprints and instructions. Brazes fabricated pipes to make the specified product work as designed. Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Expert brazing knowledge
• Able to look at a general diagram and determine fabrication needs to make product work as engineered
• Expert knowledge of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders
• Requires precision control and dexterity
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Completed any skills related training and/or passed any skills tests required for this level
• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

What We Offer

• Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $27.65– $29.85/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
