Pipeline Programs Manager

As the Pipeline Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing ServiceTitan’s Sales Development strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and will be involved in training numerous new hires for success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic monthly pipeline programs that align with product launches, industry trends, and key sales initiatives.
• Craft engaging training programs and resources that equip our Sales Development team with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
• Launch creative spiffs, contests, and call blitzes that drive results and inject excitement and motivation.
• Track, analyze, and present key performance metrics to leadership, showcasing your impact on pipeline generation.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to ensure seamless alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Build meaningful and trusted relationships with marketing, product, strategy, and enablement teams to impact results with monthly pipeline programs.
• Run pipeline programs coordinated with multiple teams that directly impact pipeline and increased activity.
• Create and coordinate monthly all-hands communication with inspirational and creative content and messaging.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Pipeline Programs Manager (or similar role) within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of work experience, ideally in technology or SaaS.
• Expert organization and execution skills in a fast-paced environment; highly efficient at getting things done with focused task execution.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong content creation and presentation-building abilities.
• Data-driven mindset, using data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Creative spark for innovative ideas that motivate and inspire.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about empowering others to succeed.

Pay

For candidates in the United States, the salary ranges are:

• Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD (applicable for CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA).
• Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD (applicable for all other US locations).

International compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
