Pipeline Compliance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Pipeline Compliance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with observing, documenting, and reporting pipeline safety and compliance activities. You will work closely with management and staff to help support compliance with federal, state, and company regulations related to pipeline operations and safety.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or Associates degree with applicable work experience in energy/oil/gas industries. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to learn technical and regulatory information quickly. Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Skills: Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to quickly adapt to and successfully address client needs and expectations. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English). Strong file management skills (follow company file structure and organization).
• Preferred Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance or pipeline operations is a plus, but not required.
