Pipe Insulation Project Manager

The Role

Oversee industrial insulation projects from estimating handoff through final closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, field crews, and customer relationships while ensuring maximum safety and quality.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in industrial construction (Insulation or Mechanical preferred).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage field crews, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Skills: Expert at reading blueprints, managing multiple projects, and customer communication.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience

• Roles: PMs, Superintendents, or General Foremen from Insulation, Mechanical, or Industrial Services.
• Sectors: Food processing, ethanol, data centers, power generation, oil & gas, or cold storage.
• Systems: Process piping, boilers, tanks, vessels, or thermal insulation.

Pay

Compensation: $70K-$150K Base + Bonus (DOE)
