Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial insulation projects from estimating handoff through closeout
- Cookordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and subcontractors
- Lead project planning, execution, and daily operations
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements
- Track project progress, budgets, labor hours, and productivity
- Communicate with customers, general contractors, plant managers, and project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and support field crews as needed
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage change orders, RFIs, documentation, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and customer requirements
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed
Required Background
- Contractor's License required
- 5+ years of industrial construction experience
- Experience managing insulation projects OR industrial mechanical projects
- Strong understanding of insulation systems and applications
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and scopes
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and production goals
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for projects as needed

- Supporting projects involving: Power plants, Ethanol facilities, Food processing plants, Manufacturing facilities, Chemical plants, Refineries, Data centers, Cold storage facilities, Industrial HVAC systems, Process piping, Boilers, Tanks & vessels, Heat trace systems, Mechanical systems
Target Range: $70K-$130K Base+ (depending on experience)
Potential travel incentives/per diem available mid-west projects.
NEED to be willing to start ASAP!
Bilingual is a plus!
