Pipe Fusion Technician

About the role

This position offers numerous opportunities for experienced plastic pipe fabricators and apprentices to join a large pipe fusion shop in Southeast Houston. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with great benefits including dental, vision, medical, retirement savings, and tons of discount programs.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate 90°, T's, 45° elbows, and other fittings using HDPE pipe.
• Work from prints and drawings to determine materials and tools needed.
• Use drawing to figure out materials and tools required.

Requirements

• At least 1-5 years of experience fitting and fabricating poly/HDPE pipe.
• Must know how to fabricate 90°, T's, 45° elbows, and other fittings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and/or exposure to pipe fusion is highly desired.

Skills

• Proficient in fabricating HDPE pipe fittings.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings.
