The Pipe & Dirt Foreman position is based at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Superintendents and fellow team members to ensure accuracy on job sites and assist in project completion and troubleshooting.
• Record and track production quantities and compare them to estimated costs to meet or exceed job specifications.
• Ensure safety by applying fundamental knowledge of trenching and excavating.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy, communication, and critical thinking.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check

Qualifications

• Previous construction, heavy civil construction, or project management experience
• Trimble or TopCon experience in a previous work environment
• Ability to use an iPad and computer equipment regularly

• Demonstrated track record with safety while excavating and trenching
