I&E Field Foreman

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated I&E Field Foreman to oversee and execute vital operations in Kenedy, TX, and surrounding areas. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization efforts in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Perform basic electrical work, preventive maintenance, and install/repair instrumentation components.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance standards.
• Document and coordinate activities with team members and contractors.
• Operate and maintain systems including SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and control systems.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with instrumentation, electrical systems, SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and calibration skills.
• Ability to perform basic electrical work and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle on paved and rural roads.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, with potential callouts.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 8+ years of relevant operator experience.
• Prior experience working in water, wellhead, or similar industrial environments.

Skills

• Experience with water meters and well head control equipment (preferred).
• Familiarity with system tuning, valve automation, and facility startup procedures (preferred).
• Additional certifications in electrical or instrumentation fields (preferred).

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, with potential callouts.
