About the role

The HVAC Foreman oversees daily operations in the HVAC manufacturing department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of custom commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing activities
• Ensure products meet engineering specifications and customer requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Manage staffing, workflow, safety compliance, and performance metrics
• Promote continuous improvement and efficient work practices

Qualifications

• Technical degree in HVAC or related fields
• Extensive HVAC industry experience
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
