About the role
The HVAC Foreman oversees daily operations within the HVAC manufacturing department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of custom commercial HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing activities
- Ensure products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and delivery schedules
- Lead a team by enforcing safety policies, managing workflow, scheduling staff, and providing training and performance feedback
- Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical issues, review mechanical drawings and schematics, and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Technical degree in HVAC or related field
- Strong HVAC industry experience
- Supervisory skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
