Pipe Crew

About the role

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is seeking Experienced Pipe Crews for the Tampa area. Positions available include: Pipe Layer, Tail Man, Hillman Loader Operator, Backhoe Operator, and Laborer. FDOT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe laying tasks
• Operate various construction equipment including backhoes and loaders
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Work on large site infrastructure, underground, and road projects
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in pipe laying and related construction work
• Knowledge of construction equipment operation
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Strong physical condition and manual dexterity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Skills

• Proficiency with construction equipment
• Attention to detail
• Team player
