About the role
Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is seeking Experienced Pipe Crews for the Tampa area. Positions available include: Pipe Layer, Tail Man, Hillman Loader Operator, Backhoe Operator, and Laborer. FDOT experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform pipe laying tasks
- Operate various construction equipment including backhoes and loaders
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Work on large site infrastructure, underground, and road projects
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in pipe laying and related construction work
- Knowledge of construction equipment operation
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Strong physical condition and manual dexterity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Skills
- Proficiency with construction equipment
- Attention to detail
- Team player
