About the role

Blythe Development is seeking experienced Pipe Layer Loader Operators and General Laborers for their pipe crews. The positions require regular exposure to moving machinery and tools, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects, standing, walking, and climbing ladders.

Physical Demands

• Works near moving machinery/tools requiring good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Moves quickly and maintains excellent stamina.
• Pushes, pulls, or carries objects weighing over 50 lbs.
• Uses legs, hips, shoulders, abdominal, and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
• Stands and/or walks for long periods of time.
• Climbs ladders.

Requirements

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience as a Pipe Layer Loader Operator or General Laborer.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Excellent stamina and the ability to work long shifts.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment.
