Stateside Live! is a hospitality and entertainment district in the heart of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. The venue features multiple restaurants, bars, and entertainment options, including PBR Philly: Coors Banquet Bar, 1100 Social, Miller Time Beer Hall, Live! Arena (Birra Peroni, Chickie’s and Pete’s, Geno’s Steaks, and Lorenzo and Sons Pizza). Responsibilities

• Securely handle patrons' cash and credit cards.
• Check the identification of each patron entering the establishment.
• Work with the team to ensure the best experience for guests.
• Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Greet guests professionally.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with cash handling, customer service, and/or hosting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent English required; other languages preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable handling objects, products, and credit‑card machines.
• Capable of staying in one location at the entrance or exit for long periods and moving efficiently throughout the venue.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, employees, and third parties.
• Proficient reading abilities for reviewing guests' identification.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
