About the role

As a Bowling Pin Chaser at FatCats, your role involves keeping our bowling machines in top shape, solving minor mechanical issues, and performing maintenance to ensure every guest has a seamless experience. You'll work hands-on with our equipment, troubleshoot issues, and interact with guests along the way.

Responsibilities

• Start each shift with a team check-in and ensure all tools are ready for unexpected repairs.
• Monitor bowling machines for minor malfunctions and quickly troubleshoot or repair issues to keep games running smoothly.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment stays in excellent condition.
• Assist the Facility Manager with projects to maintain bowling lanes and facilities.
• Proactively maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and engage with guests to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Be mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests.
• Ability to assist with repairs, maintenance, and other essential tasks.

Schedule

We're busiest when others are having fun, so availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed. We'll work with your schedule as much as possible.
