Chaser

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Chaser. The primary responsibility of a Chaser is to mirror Service Representative functions daily such as deliver, merchandise and receive payment in customer accounts within delivery territory.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid Class R driver’s license (extra incentives for Class D or Class A driver’s license).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Customer service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
