Description
The Picker/Packer will have a key role in the efficient distribution of our warehouse deliveries and arrivals.
Requirements
- Highest level of education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One or more years’ experience coordinating shipments in a warehousing or distribution environment.
- Skills: Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline-driven environment; ability to handle detail-oriented work to ensure proper items and quantities are picked to arrive at customers in good condition; general fluency in English required, verbal and written.
- Physical Requirements: Perform job duties in severe weather conditions; walk for distances of 100 yards repeatedly and without assistance; lift 50 pounds and without assistance or equipment; utilize all material handling equipment without assistance; ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as a primary job responsibility; observe established safety guidelines in conducting physical work activity duties; wear protective equipment as required.
